For ANNAPURNA GHOREPANI POON HILL TREKKING, local trip fee is USD550
For EVEREST PANORAMA TREKKING is USD740. (including flight from Kathmandu to Lukla)

Flight HK Kathmandu roundtrip is about HK$5,000

Meal per day is about USD30

I prefer Everest Panorama Trekking route. Total budget should not be more than HK$15,000.

I checked there is a flight of Singapore Airlines
9/29 19:55 to Singapore, 9/30 12:00 to Kathmandu
10/8 13:03 Kathmandu to Singapore, 10/9 11:20 arrive HK
Fare about HK3600

Dragon Air has direct flight to Kathmandu and back to HK on 9/29 and 10/9, but fare about HK8000.

Oct is the best month to Nepal just after rain season.
